By accessing or using Karaoke Studio at karaokestudio.pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Account Terms
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
- Upload or process content that infringes on copyrights or other intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through DodoPayments.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
Refunds are handled in accordance with DodoPayments' refund policy and applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Karaoke Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to content you create using the Service. We claim no ownership over your karaoke videos, projects, or media files.
5. User Content
You are solely responsible for the content you create and process using the Service.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and licenses to use any music, lyrics, or media you process through the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karaoke Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Karaoke Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Browser Compatibility
Karaoke Studio relies on modern web APIs including WebCodecs and the Origin Private File System (OPFS) for video export functionality. These APIs are currently supported in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on desktop.
Safari, Firefox, and other browsers do not fully support these APIs. Video export and certain advanced features may not be available in unsupported browsers. We recommend using a Chromium-based desktop browser for the full experience.
We are not responsible for reduced functionality when the Service is accessed from an unsupported browser.
12. Third-Party Disclaimer
Karaoke Studio is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.
